The raksa.one website sets no cookies. An automated scan on 9 June 2026 found 0 cookies in every consent state — no tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies, and nothing set before consent. The cookies described below apply only inside the Raksa application once you sign in, and are strictly necessary to run the service.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device when you visit. They help the site remember your preferences, understand how you use it, and generally make things work better.
Some cookies are deleted when you close your browser (session cookies). Others remain on your device for a set period so the site can recognise you when you return (persistent cookies).
Cookies in the Raksa application
These are only set after you sign in to the Raksa platform (app.raksa.one). The public raksa.one website above sets none.
Essential Cookies
Always ActiveThese cookies are strictly necessary for the platform to function. They enable core features like authentication, session management, and security. They cannot be disabled.
Functional Cookies
OptionalThese cookies remember your preferences and settings to provide a more personalised experience. Disabling them may affect how the platform looks or behaves for you.
Similar technologies
We also use your browser’s local storage — which works like a cookie but is never sent to our servers — for two small preferences: rk-theme (your light or dark mode choice) and raksa_consent (your saved cookie preferences, where applicable). You can clear local storage from your browser settings at any time.
On the public raksa.one website we run our own privacy-preserving, first-party analytics to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, broad country, referring site, and time on page. It is cookieless and uses no advertising or cross-site trackers. To group the pages of a single visit it stores one short-lived identifier — rk_sid — in your browser’s session storage, which is automatically cleared when you close the tab. We never store your IP address: visitor counts come from a daily-rotating, irreversible hash, so repeat visits cannot be linked from one day to the next. The data is aggregated and visible only to our team.
What we don’t use
The public raksa.one website sets no cookies at all until you sign in (or unlock a protected documentation area) — there is nothing to consent to before then.
We do not use advertising or marketing cookies, third-party trackers, or cross-site tracking, and we never sell or share cookie data. Our analytics are cookieless and privacy-preserving — we set no analytics cookies in your browser and never store your IP address (see Similar technologies above). Authentication is provided by Supabase, but the session cookie is first-party (set on the raksa.one domain), not a third-party cookie.
The essential cookies listed above are strictly necessary to deliver the service you have asked for — signing in and using the platform — and are exempt from consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). We list them here for transparency.
How to manage cookies
Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can typically choose to block all cookies, accept all cookies, or be notified when a cookie is set.
Please note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from signing in and using the platform. Disabling functional cookies may affect your experience but will not prevent core functionality.
Changes to this notice
We may update this Cookie Notice from time to time to reflect changes in technology, regulation, or our business practices. When we make significant changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this notice periodically.
